Founder & CEO

With two decades of entrepreneurial experience, Nitin has led Archer Insights, a thriving consulting firm specializing in tailored ERP solutions for life sciences. Known for the Stairway to Commercialization roadmap, Archer empowers early-stage companies to scale effectively. As an engineer, Nitin has envisioned and architected applications for life sciences and other industries. As a serial entrepreneur and angel investor, his mission is to foster innovation and growth, guided by a philosophy of generosity and optimism. In his leisure time, he enjoys mentoring, exploring new destinations with his family, and flying his Cirrus.

Shivani Khanna

Delivery Director, NetSuite Architect

Shivani's professional journey spans almost twenty years, focusing on NetSuite project implementations. As the head of the delivery team at Archer Insights, she excels in creating sophisticated solutions, particularly for life science companies in the public sector. Her expertise includes developing SOX-compliant applications for public companies. Her experience also includes managing Cisco Systems' global NetSuite operations and working with Explore Consulting and other notable organizations. She has a BS in accounting and an MS in computer applications. Outside of work, Shivani cherishes family travel and enjoys singing.

Chief Operating Officer (COO)

Antoine is a seasoned leader with more than 20 years of global experience, with the last decade dedicated to delivering NetSuite solutions. From senior project manager to practice director roles, he has spearheaded large-scale implementations across North America and EMEA, ensuring streamlined processes and tangible business results for clients in professional services, software companies, and beyond. Drawing on his trilingual communication skills and PMP certification, Antoine aligns cross-functional teams to optimize NetSuite's capabilities. He is passionate about guiding organizations to strike the right balance between innovation and practicality while pursuing operational and growth goals.
